We’re excited to announce our upcoming Speaker Series event: “Are you BEE-curious?” An educational talk featuring NOD’s very own Beekeeping Education & Technical Coordinator, Hannah Neil. Join us for the second hosting of our Speaker Series, where Hannah will introduce the incredible world of honey bees. She’ll share how colonies work, the importance of pollination, and the vital role of honey bees on our planet. Plus, the event includes a yummy honey tasting! You’ll get to try a selection of unique honey from around the world.

ABOUT HANNAH NEIL
Hannah Neil is the Beekeeping Education & Technical Coordinator at NOD Apiary Products Ltd. Her role includes research and development, along with helping to run NOD’s new Honey Bee Education Centre. She is an eternally curious and passionate beekeeper who has been working in the industry since 2013. She has worked in commercial beekeeping settings, applied honey bee research, and taught over a dozen beekeeping courses in the Canadian prairies, Ontario, and New Zealand. When she isn’t playing with bees, Hannah enjoys gardening, beeswax crafting, and walking her dog.
